Shipping and return policies for Feelionics

Shipping Info
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the back for both U.S. and International destinations. All packages are shipped via USPS.

After you've placed your order, please give us 2-3 days to process your order. When your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number from info@feelionicsmusic.com. Please check your spam folder in case you don't see it in your inbox.

Estimate delivery times after processing:
U.S. - 2-8 business days (depends on location)
International - 12-30 business days (depends on location)

Please note, depending on how many orders are coming through and/or major holidays, your package might be delayed by a few days and it's usually the shipping company's fault. If time is of the essence, please feel free to email us and we'll work something out.
